Comments:
After several months of building the last missing high power bandpass filters it
was finally the moment to join the M/2 class .
At Joe's station OP4K , we decided to build a M/2 (M/S) setup in order to avoid
the different Ops to sit and wait untill their shift was due. Now we can have
more activity and a better score in the future .
But this time we only where with 3 Ops ( most of the time even only 2 ). This
was caused by the national elections on sunday and as some of the regular Ops
come from far we could not count on them except Pascal , ON5RA , joining us for
a while on saturday .
So, we decided to drop the night hours and focus on the day time pile ups .
Bandconditions where quit good and 15 as well as 10 m braught some openings on
both days .
No qso's on 160 m this time .
Many thanks for calling us and hopefully also for getting into the log. Sorry
for those friends we did not copy well enough. See You all soon again and please
look also for OP4K from this location .
Special thanks to Joe , OP4K , for hosting the event .
Best 73 ,
Jim ON4DS ( OP5T )
