First opportunity to operate in my new digs in San Marcos. Used a K3 barefoot to
a YCWA vertical on my balcony (2nd floor) faces south (oops). Steel/glass
building absorbs everything going north, north east. So...lots of obstacles.
Going to try 40 tonight. Did manage to work 7 with K0WA and K9ZO loudest (S3-4).
Heard KK0CET but he didn't hear me. Also worked Ed, W5TM, and four others.
Should be an interesting 3 months :-).
