Thanks for the QSOs. The sky is crystal clear here, so I got on 80M first today
with a new 66-foot ground plane with 4 elevated radials, to see how it would
work in the domestic contest at this time of day. NA signals were weak here.
Long skip. Stayed until 1330 and then went to 40M for a few minutes. It was also
a little long too. Then up to 20M for the last 10 minutes, or so. 20M was hot. I
should have camped out on 20M the entire session! HI
K3, KW Amp, SAL-30 RX Array.
80M 23m vertical with 4 elevated counterpoises (new, still figuring it out but
it works EU and AS much better than it does NA. Looks like a 2000 mile skip zone
this morning on 80M)
