Comments:
Not a contest for a low power, simple antenna, little pistol!
Friday night: A=24, K=4, NOISE - ugh... General mayhem!
HQ9X was s6-7 (on 40?) but no Q. After about an hour I
had 10 Qs & 10 mults = 300 pts and gave up.
Saturday morning: A/K still 24/4 but 20M was "OK". Then it
started snowing and snow static added to the challenge. Saw
many 10M spots but heard nothing. (48*46=7176)
Saturday afternoon: 15 little better -- finally worked
HQ9X (I think!) Snow stopped and it got a bit quieter.
(Doesn't anyone in SA ever monitor their audio???)
Stopped at 4pm to shovel snow (62*54=10044).
~5:45 back on 40, break for dinner @ ~6:30 (75*63=14175)
Saturday evening: Round & round on 160/80/40.
Quit at ~9:30 (87*75=19575)
Sunday 6-7 AM. A/K = 12/3. Not a lot of stations heard.
Did hear T31EU on 40(?)-- huge pileup, didn't even try.
~11:30: 20 was OK. 15 had spots, sigs at noise level.
10M - few spots, no sigs.
Quit at ~1:30 for Boston concert (126*94=35532)
~5:30 back from concert (A/K = 12/2 and still noisy.)
Stopped at 6:56 (145*103=44805)
Probably the worse conditions I've experienced in an SSB
contest, but this is the first sunspot minimum since I
got into HF contests in any real way. I do anticipate
a high percentage of NILs and bad exchanges.
Rig: TS-2000
S&P (actually 90% C&P)
Log: N3FJP's International DX Contest Log v4.8

Antennas:
10 HB 5el yagi @ 30ft
15 Rotatable Dipole @ 33ft
20 HB Moxon @ 36ft

160 a "temporary" 160 dipole run "zig-zag" around the
back yard at
about 15 ft average height, fed at 80/40/30 dipole feedpoint.
