Comments:
The name Kip honors Caltech's Kip Thorne, who shared a 2017 Nobel prize
for detecting gravitational waves with LIGO. CITARC hosted a diverse team of
operators. Chris, KM6OUK, brought his sons Alex, KM6OUJ, and Benjamin.
Benjamin showed great promise his first time on the air and Alex made his first
HF contacts. Kris, M0AXH, dropped by while visiting his son who works at JPL.
Matt, KM6AVJ, had his first on air experience. David, VA6DAF, took time out
from graduate studies to help out. Bravi, team!
Thanks for the QSOs.
73,
David N6AN
