TXQP one of my favorite. Fantastic job by the mobiles, W3DYA, W5CT, N5RZ, N5NA,
K5GQ, AF5Q...etc. Thank you all for many new TX counties. Missed few due to
weekend errands but there will be TXQP 2019 to make up for the missed ones.
40m was the money band for KS so I decided to stick to single band (CW only)
operation. 40m was open non stop to TX so it was easy to follow the mobile
stations predictable pattern of showing up from the next county line. Some
serious CW operators among them, music to my ears. Special thank you to W3DYA
who despite his age is not giving up yet and is driving all these miles to make
us (county hunters) happy. FB job Norm!
