Comments:
Very smooth tonight. Surprised to work N3ZZ on most bands! And how great to
work Bob, VE7/W0BH . kept hearing this strange VE7 also calling . finally got
it straight, remebering Bob's comment some weeks ago that he was headed to VE7
this summer. Then immediately caught AB0S for the now elusive KS multiplier.
Signals weak on 40 meters, almost nothing on 80. Felt like a black hole.
OK promise to plan the Ladder tonight and run it by you'all later. . .with NAS
coming up early Sept, good time for it.
Missed some regulars tonight, especially the Oregon crew who provide valuable
mults for us here in the sparse west. But how great to hear Pat, N9RV on for a
few. Kept listening for k8cn, but no dice.
Pre-NS Q with Howie N4AF had s-9 signals; 5 mins later, S-2
73 Bill n6zfo
