Comments:
20m was in fair shape, but not very many Europeans made it into the log before I
switched to 40m at 1935Z. There I found horrendous rain static for the first 20
minutes making copy of only the loudest signals possible. At the end, the
static abated and I was able to copy better. Hoping for no noise at 03Z!
