Comments:
Not the greatest conditions. Did not win many pileups. It was a lot of fun
listening to the east coast run Europe on 80/40 and west coast running Asia on
40.
15m was badly skewed to Europe. Any stations north of Spain were received much
louder by aiming SE instead of NE.
Weak opening on Sunday on 10m All north/ South except for 1 KH6.
There are a lot of very good cw ops out there with fantastic ears.
Tried to honour all sked requests. The ones on 160m were tough. I can only use
100W on 160 due to RFI issues. I called and called but wasn't heard by many on
top band.
Took plenty of off times dealing with work and family emergencies. Normally I
would be looking forward to the SSB event in a couple weeks, I am not sure
that I am now.
