Comments:
Installed Flex 6300 with Maestro in car and tried to run mobile, no go. Antenna
analyzer confirmed a problem with the antenna. Backed up to house and connected
my 40 meter dipole at 60 feet, no problem. At the end hooked up a 30 ft wire
and balun at 5 ft agl and worked K9QVB. 20 meters practically dead. Will be
mobile in The Villages, FL this afternoon. Replaced the coax connector on the
mobile antenna and will hope for the best.
