Comments:
Interesting conditions with "spotlight" openings within the U.S. that
were very limited in geographic area. It was a mix of propagation modes
including meteor scatter, back scatter, forward scatter, sporadic E, skew paths
and limited F layer with good trans-equatorial propagation.
