Comments:

This year I participated with limitation of my antenna farm. Half of my
Cushcraft A4S boom (half with just reflector mounted) crashed and new large
Multibander has arrived just two days before the CW leg... Fortunately, I was
able to tune my PA without problem into remaining 2 elements.

I was aware of incoming Sun activity minimum, so I didn't expect good
conditions. So, only huge noise on both days on 10m, I checked the band from
time to time, but no QSO, no mults... 15m bad on Saturday, a bit better on
Sunday, but without any pileup. 20m better than 15m, but with worthwhile 3
points rare pileups only on Sunday afternoon. Low bands were other cup of
coffee. I spent a lot of low band operating time in pileups, long minutes in
row of over 200 QSO/h weren't rare. Saturday morning on Top band, evening on
80m, yes, mostly of 1 point, of course. And as a gift 40m North America opening
on Sunday afternoon.

I checked guys at LiveScore (I wasn't connected) and I was surprised, that my
QSO number is of Top Ten, but miserable mult number. It stimulated me to took
care more about mults S/P. And it worked. Hard mults hunting together with a
lot of 40m 3-points pileup at the end of the contest speeded up me from #15 to
#11 (virtualy) in the EU SOABHP list. I'm quite satisfied in the
"one-radio subcategory".

Tired, but with cleared head after almost 43 hours of dots and dashes
contesting.

So, thanks to all who call me or participate at the contest, I really enjoyed a
lot in long pileups.

Used equipments:
 Yaesu FT-1000MP MarkV Field

 80m: OptiBeam OB1-80 rotary dipole @34m
