When you have lemons you make lemonade...Like everyone, we made the best of
it...At least it was steady out here, enough to keep us busy the entire
contest...With few Euros, the weekend's bright spot had to be our short but
productive 40 meter LP opening Sunday morning...We had two new faces in the
shack this weekend, Steve KL7SB flew down from Alaska to join us and Eddie
NH7AA who came all the way from Volcano to join us...Both are fine CW ops and
fit in perfectly...Thanks guys!!!...We used two radios per band for the first
time and still need to refine our use of that ability...Many thanks for the
contacts and making the the CQWW CW weekend one of the highlights of our
year...We hope to work you in the ARRL and Stew Perry 160 Tests.
Congratulations to our friends at KH6J on their fine MM score!!!
