Comments:
40m was much better to me this morning. When I switched to 20m, it sounded like
a ghost town here. Of course, I had a couple of interruptions that shortened my
time, but today surely was fun. It was great to work so many non members, too.
Please pardon my LIDsmanship during my 40m run. For some weird reason, my Kent
paddles decided that the 'dah' contacts would fall in love with one another
temporarily, so I was sending out a constant stream of dahs until I got the
screw backed off a bit. Must have been some metallic dust in the air or
something. Ha. Anyway, I'll have to readjust those paddles now, 'cause I
don't like sloppy paddles!
I hope to catch y'all again either at 1900z or 0300z. Let's find some new
members and press toward the 2000 number. Won't that be exciting?
73,
