Comments:
Tried starting out on 15 but that was a bust right off the bat. Shifted to 20
meters but band was not that good and decided to get on 40 where it got better
as the day wore on. Shifted back and forth on 40/80 several times during the
last few hours of the contest. HF-2V bandwidth too narrow to work 80 phone but
did well on CW and really worked well on 40 CW and Phone. Had a G5RV Jr. up for
20 meters. I enjoyed using the 1X1 call sign.
