Comments:
Some of the worst conditions for JARTS in a decade. As expected. Had hoped for
better on 80M but it was mostly vacant.
13.5 hours on. JA Qs were down considerably. Europe wasn't open other than on
20M for a while Saturday morning. Points per Q was lower as a result, and DX
mults were hard to find.
