Comments:

Roved the DM58/59/68/69 grid confluence to support several more serious rover
and portable operations on the west slope of CO. I enhanced the Red Rover
Truck from its configuration during the August UHF test to carry 6 through
1296, including 902 MHz. It was a challenge to scrounge enough stuff out of
the barn stockpile to make this work, but I ended up only having to buy one
antenna (1296) - the rest was "in stock".

Most QSOs were fairly local (local being a relative term at 10,000' up on Grand
Mesa), but there were a number of longer haul contacts into middle New Mexico
and the Front Range (Denver and east) area. It's always a good feeling to make
decent mileage with a thrown together hodge-podge of stuff !

Many thanks to W7QQ for the loan of equipment to make the higher bands happen
and to Bill, W7QQ/R, Duffy, KK6MC/R, and Mark, N0IO/R for the support and QSOs.
