Comments:
My SteppIR DB18 Driven element isn't working so only still have 40m on it so I
knew that the other bands were going to be a 'slugfest'. That said, I asked the
Club Team Organiser to place me low on the Totem Pole for this one.
When it was all said & done, my BIC Time pulled thru with a decent score.
NE States were light (no VT OR RI) and no LA (think they have bigger priorities
still with the flooding) and no IA!
My 6 gander was K6AM, the Master Local who after working me on 80m, walked me
thru every band in 45 seconds - thanks John.
160-10 (except for 40) was done using the OCFDP at 50ft.
No books were cracked in this one - I just kept calling & calling instead.
Thanks for the support - lots of fun thru adversity!
WN6K, Paul
