Great to see lots of activity. Even squeaked out a few 10m Qs.
80m antenna still down after tower/antenna project in late spring.
Noticed a few stations sending name and state only once. Understand desire to
minimize exchange. However with low power and noisy summer band conditions
this is a recipe to repeat the info when QRN etc. hits garble one, two or more
characters. Was it VA or GA or CA, TN Or TX - was it Jim or Tim, Rob or Bob,
etc. Twice seems sweet spot to be able to verify the info before logging it.
Also had few callers sending report when calling initially. Messes up flow of
the exchange.
