Comments:
Condx were certainly less than spectacular but at least they mostly improved as
the contest went on. Quiet low bands Saturday night gave way to storm QRN
Sunday morning. There were maybe only about two hours of good DX condx on 20m.
The rest of the time entailed ferreting out any possible DX/HQ QSOs and filling
the log with W/VE. It keeps the rate up but points/QSO numbers suffer.
Always a fun contest!
