Comments:
Score is half of last year, mults are three quarters of last year for similar
number of Q's and similar op time.
Used the Off Center Fed Dipole at 45' because the SteppIR MonstIR is on the
ground for refurbishment.
That's likely the cause of the lower score.
We did exceed the 200 per hour rate at times on 40M phone.
