Comments:
2 elements on 20 & 15 @ 40', dipole for 40/80 @ 50', elevation 4700'.
Arrived at the cabin Friday night to find the dipole broken and the wires
tangled up in pine trees 30' above the ground. Had to set an extension ladder
in back of pickup, climb tree and snag the wire with a 15' stick. Rebuilt the
dipole and got it back up in the air just before dark. I could see the
neighbors watching me from their deck, laughing. The things we do for ham
radio.
