Comments:
15 meters was open but activity was low. Even when the A and K indexes
skyrocketed late in the contest, signals were still good including a nice
opening to Japan even though signals were fluttery.
It was a nice way to send out the year. Looking forward to the ARRL RTTY
Roundup now.
