Comments:
Was down in Maryland to participate as a mobile in the MDC QSO Party, but also
took my 6m antenna and amp to operate rover in the 6m Sprint from the Delmarva
grid intersection. I got only 2 contacts in the first hour, and didn't even see
weak CW signals on the panadapter so I know there just wasn't activity out
there. I did get WB2JAY in FN10 and K1TEO in FN31 from FM28 in the two contacts
I made from my humble low Moxon, so my equipment was working.
Anyway, I packed it in (literally and figuratively) after about an hour or so
without bothering to move to the other 3 grids. Quite disappointed because
there's a significant effort getting the van configured for both the HF contest
and 6m.
