Comments:
Very difficult conditions. I used the IARU contest to test drive and tweak a
new 100 watt amplifier --- I kept stopping to pull the amp apart and change or
fix something. It would have been really nice to have decent band conditions.
Afternoon JA/SA openings are common in the northwest, just not this year. 10
and 15 never really opened. Anyway, I did get the amp working. : )
