Definitely a different experience this year. In 2014 all I remember was the
bands being so crowded it seemed like a pile up 500 khz wide. This year was a
lot different. The Bands were OK, but I found it much harder to make any
progress and get a run going. My rates were horrible. I think the highest
rate I had was about 70-80/hr or so. Last year I had several hours of 130+.
In the end I scored about the same. I have a little noise problem in my
neighborhood on 40 meters that seems to only manifest itself during contests,
but I did OK. We'll see what my error rate was.
