Comments:
Three contacts, all on 40M. Worst SARTG NY score -- down by nine Qs or so from
my usual performance. Sparse crowd this year.
Heard ZL2B but Frank couldn't hear me with low power -- at least, not with the
tower frozen solid at about 70 degrees off the ZL bearing. (Turns out the jaws
around the rotating tower had frozen to the tower. A rubber mallet solved the
problem in daylight today).
Happy new year to all. Looking forward to RTTY Roundup this weekend as the
capper on a great holiday bre.
