Comments:
My VE7UF station used the VC7M special call sign again this year. The station
had excellent veteran operators returning for this year's biggest contest here.
With 7 operators all stations with open bands were always operating.
After failing to break last year's record scores in the last 2 contests we had
low expectations for this one. We run athena on one computer to compare last
year's results to the contest we are running. This year's athena result never
dipped below last year's excellent result during this contest. We broke all
station records and our zone 3 MM record for this contest. The bands were
excellent, the operators were excellent and the station was faultless with only
one improvement from last year. I'm not used to seeing these kind of numbers in
our logs and am still thinking---BELIEVE IT! I wish my investment accounts had
these numbers.
My thanks go to all the station's operators for doing a great job. As usual
our thanks go to all that called us.
