I had a very short window of opportunity to get on for a couple of hours. This
is a fun contest to work a lot of pals around the country. Some day I would
like to be able to give this the full time to see what kind of score could be
posted.
The 2 element Optibeam on 40 meters was a big help to pull a lot of very weak
stations out of the muck - I was getting some big signal reports from the east
coast and had very few breaks in the action on 40 meters.
