Comments:
Here in South Park the contest started up with poor DX propagation but got
better in the afternoon and evening. I should of had a lot more multipliers
considering the number of QSOs. It was fun trying to pass out zone 7 on 80
meters to the 1x1 WRTC guys who generally did not have loud signals. I know the
WRTC sponsors tried to equalize all the stations so they would have the same
signal, but clearly some were louder than others here. I finished up with a
great run into JA on 40 meters as my CW copy skills began to falter after no
sleep. It was a good time and great
to watch the WRTC live scoreboard post the scores as the contest progressed.
