Comments:
Thunderstorms at the beginning of Field Day impacted our score as we lost an
hour and 20 minutes of op time because of lightning. QRN levels were high on
the low bands all night long as the thunderstorms moved eastward. Lots of rain
and high winds during the first 4 hours caused us to scramble to keep equipment
dry.
Claimed bonus points of 930 will pump our score up to 10254.
All things considered, it was a good outing and lots of fun. Maybe next year
the weather will be hot and muggy as usual.
