Comments:
Records will fall with the conditions this year. I tried SOAB(A) for fun and to
avoid the frustration of waiting for some running stations to identify. But
using the DX cluster took a more than quick click and pounce thank to whoever
was using KD5Z's call to post many false calls and posts on dead bands, etc.
This was done on Saturday night. Some of the transposed call letters made me
laugh as I deleted them from the band map. Gave up after awhile as there were
so many. Still had a lot of fun and stayed in the chair much longer than I
planned to. Finally broke a million points for the first time, as I'm sure many
did this year. Lot's a great DX, but 160m was too noisy with a big local rain
storm. N1MM worked great as usual. Thanks for all the Q's.
73 Jeff VE3CV.
