Comments:
This was a contest of very poor prop for the duration, only perseverence and
determination for the entire contest will get results as good as conditions
will allow. Unlike last year where I had a good run with VE9AA/m, this year I
never heard him once. I did manage to work VE1ZAC/m once and heard VE1AI only
briefly as he completed a qso and disappeared. The bonus stations were a
blessing, got 700 points from them.
Thanks to the Maritimes Contest Club for sponsoring, and to all who stuck it
out to hand out points. I will be looking forward to next year's contest.
