First EA RTTY entry and a lot of fun.
Saturday's opening to EU was pitiful but a fair amount of SA, AF, and JA's made
up for it. I stayed in the shack longer than I'd planned Saturday night as I
turned the top antenna due North and caught some nice over the pole action from
places like VR, E21, UN, and XV. Very cool.
Woke up early Sunday morning to a great EU run. Unfortunately, I had to quit
around 1345Z to go play at a church service for Easter.
This was a good test of the 2nd RTTY set-up here at the station after receiving
another Signalink USB last weekend. If all goes well, we're going to give NAQP
RTTY in July a good M/2 effort.
