Comments:

We came within 3 percent of our last year's record. Less QSOs,
but far more Mults.

Having 10m open was so seductive that we stayed there too much
and too long, when 20m could have delivered better. We also
stayed on 15m too long, not wanting to go to 40m before sunset,
but a developing 40m would have provide faster than the declining
15m. There were some signals we just couldn't identify and make
contact. I guess we just can't work everybody in a limited amount
of time.

That said - it was a busy, engaging contest. Dean N6DE and Mork
K6UFO had the equipment ready to go. Minor issue with K3 headphones,
and with "lockout" settings on the spotting rigs. Those two ops
also ran the two run radios for about 6 hours until Nick KZ2V
arrived to handle 40m. Mike N7MH provided local spotting for the
first 5 hours or so, which boosted our Mult totals on 10m and 15m.
We had less ops than last year, two full time and two half time,
so we had less relief and less local spotting.

Thank you for all the participation - plenty of signals!
See you on RTTY and the NAQP RTTY on July 21, 2012!
