Comments:
Just operated 3 bands only - 40, 20, & 15. Lost 10 hours Saturday
evening when major storm blew thru and had to shutdown from 10 pm to 8 am
next morning. 40m conditions were quite good. First night started working JA
on 40m about 0600z, 2-1/2 hours before their sunset. Worked several SE Asia
stations on 40 before their sunset also. Was working all continents on 40 at
same time without turning the yagi. Haven't heard 40m that good in a while.
15 was excellent to JA and EU, but short openings over the pole into SE Asia on
15. 20 was noisy here but had good openings into Russia at night. What really
amazed me was all the QRP stations that called in. Some were just 5w and a few
were only 1w. Some were stronger than guys running 100w.
