Comments:
Conditions were poor on Friday nite towards Europe. Only had a few Europeans
call in. Saturday morning conditions improved into the Pacific and SA. Worked
KH6, T32, HK0, HK, VK and CE. Poor participation from Africa, Saskatchewan,
Manitoba and Alberta. Score not as good as last year, both in Qs, Provinces
and Countries. Worked all US except DC. Friday nite had moderate T-storm
static over Florida...but Sunday morning was very intense tropical T-storm QRN
causing many requests for repeats and a high # of Dupes. Higher than past
years. Maybe caused by code readers, skimmers, QRN and poor operators not
listening. Most confusion was K6 vs. C6 prefix.
