K3, 40m inv-vee, 3el Steppir @ 45ft , two tractor batteries (full size)- no
recharging 

Just tried this setup as a lark, and surprised at how well the batteries lasted
... in fact, they didn't come close to getting discharged. Nice to see good
activity on the higher bands.
