Comments:

In our opinion, the current 10 QSYs rule in M/S, kills the big fun
available in the past for a lot of operating crews. Too much wasted
time, waiting for each own running time and no opportunity to run
a multiplier station, mostly as a perfect "on the road" training for
new operators: a real pity.
