Comments:
I didn't have my heart in this one, although, as KE3X says, it's hard to sit it
out when you're a rare mult. Glad Ken was on.
Started late Friday night, but was able to have a few good runs. Saturday was a
different story altogether. I wasn't able to get much traction at all. Lots of
over-compressed audio from wide signals.
Activity seemed pretty high. Conditions weren't that good. I never heard much
of the west (VE7 & north, CA, OR, UT, NV, WY) eastern Canada. Heard one VT
(KK1K) S+Ping Sunday, but that was it.
No major equipment issues, although the wire antennas were in different
positions on the trees after last weeks 50+ mph winds. Not much time to fix
them!
