Comments:
We have Boy Scout meetings on Thursday nights, but after missing the first 3
NSL's this winter I finally got on for the last 15 minutes of this one. This
was the first time I used N1MM to log QSO's, and to send CQ with the F1 key.
Big change from the trusty DanWa Orange NCCC Sprint pencil! DanWa - nothing
personal ... your pencil still sits in a place of honor above my right hand
radio :-)
After playing in NAQP CW this weekend, it was a pleasant surprise to return to
NSL-land. I did not realize how much more of an adrenaline rush comes from
the 1khz QSY rule and 40+wpm, compared to just sitting there on one frequency
and running, running... ru..nn..in..g zzzzzzzzzz.
CU in NAQP Phone this weekend (no, that's not a joke ... we do have a mic
here)
