FT1000MP, Alpha 78, 1 KW, dipole, zepp, inverted vee. 20M seemed dead before
03Z, so I started on 40 and stayed there 31 minutes. Checked 20 briefly and
went to 80 where the rate was better than it had been on 40. Nice to work a
number of Europeans on both bands and EA8OM on 40. SM6CNN was very strong on
80. Strangely, Pacific northwest signals were very weak on 40 and much better
on 80. Nice to work a lot of good sounding prospective CWOps members. Thanks
for all the QSOs. Look for me, KU8E, NA4BW, and WW4LL from the WW4LL signing
the club call W4AN and name "Bill" in NAQP SSB M/2 this Saturday. Yes, I know
