2% more QSO's than January 2010, 16% more Mults, Score up 18% from January 2010.
I really had problems with the QRM from RTTY stations all the way down to 7035,
only leaving me a 10KHz window to work in. They need to either move the period
for NAQP CW, or the RTTY Contest so that they are not in conflict. Another
question I have had is, why can't they move the RTTY contest to the window from
7100-7125. John, K4BAI, in a note between us on the Fox Hunting group, suggested
we meet in that window. However when I got there he wasn't there, but I did work
5 or 6 other stations that were there, so that helped my 40M score. Ken, N6RO
was the only station I found on 160M at 02:26Z. I also found 80M very sparse
and what I did find were difficult to work because of my antenna
deficiency.(trying to work 80 and 160 on my 40M dipole and Delta Loop)
Despite the trials, NAQP is still a fun and very challenging event. Bert,
K6CSL
