Comments:
Ouch, a lot harder than last week...
Thank you to W0YK for one QSO on 20m at the start.
40m seemed reasonable, but then it slowed way down,
even though I gave it a few extra minutes.
After 17 minutes I really needed to get up to 80m,
even though it was a normal QRP-Disaster with lost
pileups, CQ's right in my face, and no answers to
my own CQs. "Good Ears Awards" to KV8Q and N4AF.
Only managed 7 QSOs on 80m, less than half of last
week's.
I saved two whole minutes for 160m, and needed them
all to get 1x1 local.
So, now I'm remembering how tough QRP is on 80m and
160m. I don't know if I need antenna work here,
or to go on a cross-country trip installing beverage
listening antennas pointed west to CA (and WA)!
Still good practice and fun though!
