Comments:
Had a great time again in CQP. Great bunch of ops put on a great show! As always
it's fun to work a number of folks I know from my days in NCCC. I've been
building my home station up somewhat to get into domestic contests. Things
worked well on 80 through 15 (don't know about 10 for some reason!) but I need
to do something better on top band. I worked N6MW in MONT on 40 at 0139 FOR
#58! It was probably driven by activity, but I did spend more time on phone
that I ever have before. I should have put in a full 24 hours, but I split my
time between the contest and replacing the door on the side of the garage! I
like Jim Brown's explanation for there being so few mobiles active in CQP as
opposed to other state QSO parties! CU all next year!
