Comments:
Mild panic before the NS when I couldn't access some of the remote stuff. Thank
God rebooting the home end-of-the-remote-link confuzer solved the problem.
Worked the rare DC and NV mults just before the NS, but not during the event
{SIGH}. I hate it when that happens!
W6NV & W6SC made the trek up to Locust Peak with me today. Tnx to Oliver for
bringing an antenna down and both longtime pals for helping assemble what we
could . Hope to get it up in the air in the next few weeks. I brought the
cold 807's :^) Then we headed for a sports bar in town with grrrrrrrrrreat
burgers and down went some pitchers of 807's and what seemed like a truckload
of french fries which I didn't need. Came home full and took a two hour nap.
When the alarm sounded, I turned it off and almost fell back asleep which would
have caused me to miss the NS tonight. Fortunately I caught myself just before
dozing off again.
Thee Grand Exalted NS-Meister was conspicuously missing from my NS logs tonight
;-(
73 & Tnx for the Q's and Mults...
Rick, K6VVA * The Locust
