Score includes 1.5 power mult.
Not as good for me as last year but very good participation by fixed and
mobiles - K0PC (15), W9HB (11), N9NE, NG9T, W9MSE (10), W0ZQ (8), W0AA (7),
WI9WI (6) and others. Some stations ID'd as CALL CTY so I assumed they were
mobile and logged them that way. Fixed stations shouldn't attach their county!
Started out kinda slow with nothing on 80, a few on 40 and ESP on 20. Almost
pulled the plug after an hour. Glad I stuck with it. Very good signals on 40
all contest long and plenty of 80m action later.
All stations, please ID frequently. I can't tell you how many times I sat
listening to a WI station that would conclude his QSO with "TU" or "QRZ"
without giving his call. It is maddening to wait and wait for him to finish his
pileup without an ID, only to find I've already worked him. Lost time = lost
QSOs.
A fun way to spend the day.
