TS-850 to Windom at 45', 51' T for 160
There's something weirdly addictive about this contest - high activity but you
can always find a run frequency. Taking amplifiers out of the equation is a big
factor in the fun. That, plus the name exchange ("Hi, Ken", "Thanks, Jane",
"Good Luck, Dude")gives NAQP a unique flavor.
The only negative: there seemed to be a tuner-upper convention going on, both
on 40 and 80. Maybe a lot of people got old tube rigs as Christmas presents
this year...
