Comments:
I got up early on Saturday to get my 40M and 80M antennas back up. But alas,
after spending all morning and enduring the heat and humidity, I was unable to
find the problem with the 600' of feedline to the 40M antenna and never even
got to the 80M antenna. I started 45 minutes late and exhausted too. Did I
mention the dozens of mosquito bites that were starting to itch? No 80 or 160,
20M Yagi at 35' fixed NW, and only a low dipole on 40M was a severe handicap.
15 and 10 were good at times with 20+ signals on both bands but activity there
was low. Between my exhaustion and thunderstorms I only got about 6 hours in
OP chair. But what the %#$@! I always love a good CW test.
