Comments:
Without the 5 element wire beam on 40, I felt like a man with a knife at a
gunfight. Also, I was not able to get the 20 meter beam back in action.
However, I had new verticals up for 40 and 80, and they performed very well.
That gave me plenty to do during this contest, and it plays to the scoring.
It was a very enjoyable contest. During the year, I make a great number of
contacts with OK stations, and they were certainly active in this contest.
